BEST EXPERIENCE!!
Everything about this trip is so organized, which makes it completely stress-free! Every single person that guided us during this excursion was kind, friendly and amazing! Starting with Efrain who came to our hotel to explain each detail and instruction of the excursion, very kind! Then, Angel our private driver that took us to the Peru Train, he even provided blankets for each of us! He was so friendly and communicative! Veronica, a sweetheart who guided us from the train to the bus at Aguas Calientes and made sure we got there safely! Then, last but not least our tour guide, Samuel! Great company to take a tour with.
At the moment I write I am returning from Rainbow Mountain. I did some trips, Maras and Moray by quad bike, I also did Pisaq and Ollantaytambo, ending the day in hot waters. The other day I visited the citadel of Machu Picchu, and today, April 13th, the mountain of the 7 colors. All tour guides are rated 10. Very complete and interesting tour
Very satisfied with the tour. Efraín was an excellent communicator. He did his best to meet with me to give me all the information in detail, which made me feel much calmer. He gave me the tickets and showed me photos of the trains I had to take, the route map and the little town of Aguas Calientes. He was attentive to my daily life, writing to me and asking me about the experience. On the other hand, Frank (Sacred Valley guide) was super friendly and professional as was Juan Carlos (Machu Picchu guide). In Machu Picchu it was a private tour without knowing it, since I was alone. They explained everything very well, clarified all doubts and took the time to take many photos. Victor, the driver who took me back to Cusco, was also lovely. I also went alone in a tourist van. He gave me a lot of conversation, he stopped me at a viewpoint and took several photos of me and then in a very interesting textile store/demonstration, although I felt obligated to buy and in the end I took a very nice baby alpaca hat but it turned out Quite expensive to change ($42). I recommend this tour 100%, although after talking to some friends, I think it was much more expensive. A positive experience to remembered for life
I would highly recommend this tour company, especially for those visiting Machu Picchu for the first time. At every step, they were attentive, punctual, coordinated, diligent, and very respectful. They were able to navigate the process for us with ease while even resolving a bureaucratic issue we encountered per one of my friend’s tickets. They are well connected to the local and regional authorities to resolve any issues that may arise. Our driver was courteous and knowledgeable as was our guide at the site. Communication from the beginning was great with both Carlos and Efraín. They made sure everything went well at all times. Super personalized attention. Furthermore, our guide in Machu Picchu, Milagros, was charming and explained everything to us in great detail, always worrying about our well-being. 6 Day Tour - Cusco / Sacred Valley / Machu Picchu / Rainbow Mountain / Humantay Lake
My wife and I did a 6 day / 5 night tour with CuscoPeru and it was great! Initially when we booked it, we were under the impression that it would be one of those tours where you're with the same guide and 20 people for the entire duration, but this is not the case. When we arrived, a driver was waiting to drive us to our hotel, and there we met Efrain who went over each day of the tour with us and provided us with tickets. From that point on, he was in contact with us each day on WhatsApp to provide us with the information we needed each day. CuscoPeru basically arranged for us to be part of different guided tours each day that all started with pickup from our hotel, so there wasn't too much effort required on our part besides making sure we woke up early enough to go down to the lobby and get picked up for that day's tour. Day 1 was the Cusco city tour, which involved seeing some nearby archeological sites as well as a few places in Cusco. It lasted from about 1pm to 6pm, and overall it was a great first day tour, as we had an overnight flight the night before and were still trying to acclimate to the altitude. We also stopped at a place where we got to feed llamas and alpacas, which was a pleasant surprise. This tour, as well as all the others, was in both English and Spanish, so the guide basically said everything twice, once in each language. Day 2 was Sacred Valley, which was also great. There was a really good buffet lunch in the middle of the tour as well. After seeing the fortress of Ollantaytambo, we were dropped off in Ollantaytambo where we walked about 10 minutes to the train station that leads to Aguas Calientes. The tour group seemed to be composed of people who booked from multiple different places, as some people had lunch in different restaurants and some people went back to Cusco instead of the train station at the end. We booked the Vistadome train, but it wasn't scheduled until 7pm so the sun was already down by that point, which was a little disappointing. Around 9pm it arrived in Aguas Calientes where another tour guide walked us to our hotel for the night. Day 3 was Machu Picchu, which was amazing. This was the only day where we had our own private tour guide (Juan Carlos), and he really took his time with us and took a ton of pictures. Since March is still rainy season, it rained a little and the clouds moved in and out while we were there, but that ultimately just made it better because no 2 pictures were alike. We then took the Vistadome train back to Ollantaytambo, and this time we got to see all the scenery as well as the train cart where there was a live band and dancers, it was a great time. There was then a driver waiting at Ollantaytambo to drive us back to Cusco. Day 4 was Rainbow Mountain, which was probably the most disappointing day of the tour unfortunately due to the weather. It was raining and very foggy, so it was hard to see the colors of the mountain. I would recommend visiting in the dry season if you plan on seeing Rainbow Mountain. The tour included a buffet breakfast and lunch, but they were both at the same place and the food was disappointing, especially compared to the great buffet lunch on day 2. Day 5 was Humantay Lake. For the tours every day, a big white van drives around in the morning to pick up everyone from their hotels, and on this day we hit a little bad luck in the van lottery because it started having mechanical problems when we got close to the town where we were going to eat breakfast. They ended up finding 2 locals with smaller vans to drive us the rest of the way to the hike while the van was being fixed in town. This slowed things down a bit, but in the end it worked out for the best because it was very foggy earlier in the day but the fog cleared up more by the time we got to the lake. We still couldn't see the snow-capped mountains behind the lake because there was still some fog, which probably wouldn't be an issue in dry season. Regardless, the lake still looked great and it was a very scenic and enjoyable hike. It's a LONG hike though, much longer than some websites make it sound. We ended up walking about 7 miles round trip that day, and there's about a 90-120 minutes of steep uphill climbs at a high altitude, so be ready for a challenge (or just take a horse up). The tour included a buffet breakfast and lunch in the town where they were repairing the van, but it was also disappointing and had the same food choices as the previous day's buffet. Day 6 didn't have any planned activities outside of getting a ride back to the airport, but it was nice to have a day where we could sleep in and explore Cusco at a slower pace before heading to the airport. Overall I would highly recommend CuscoPeru, as Efrain was always available to answer all of our questions and the tour guides were all great. Obviously we knew the risks coming at the end of rainy season, so we can't fault them for the weather, and everything was still worth visiting even in rainy season (besides maybe Rainbow Mountain). The only thing I would change is if they could get a better buffet on the way to and from Rainbow Mountain and Humantay, but that's a minor thing when you get to see all the amazing sites around Cusco.

Great week in the Sacred Valley, highly recommended, CuscoPeru makes this an easy and complete trip

Unforgettable
Fantastic. I recommend this agency. They are serious, concerned, nice people. I bought an excursion package to Machuppichu with a hotel included, I bought it online and when we arrived in Cusco a taxi was waiting for us at the airport with a very nice driver, his name Hector, then he took us to the hotel and in the afternoon Eduardo 9otra came great person) to bring us the tickets for our excursion. The next day early in the morning Johan picked us up on a bus at the agreed time, our driver the best, he explained to us throughout the trip about the history of the Incas and the different towns that we saw along the way. In Ollantaytambo we took the train to Aguas Calientes, during the journey we enjoyed a musical band and first-class service. Upon arriving at the town of Aguas Calientes, the guide Milagros was waiting for us, who accompanied us on our guided tour of the sacred city. It was a wonderful experience.
